Various discharge reasons are presented from analysis point of view. Future treatment and investigations are also captured during the discharge process

All the investigations, diagnosis, treatment, medicines including discharge can be planned for every baby and is monitored. Warnings are given for due and overdue activities.

Based on all admission details as part of baby’s admission are consolidated automatically to create Admission Notes. Consolidating all details of admission, observations, diagnosis, medications and treatment, final discharge notes are generated. It gives complete summary of what was seen, observed, analysed, treated and finally resulted into.
