• Out-Patient Data Management
Specially   designed, quick  data entry and Prescription printing are key features of OPD functionality in ENTSoft. Well-integrated with Appointment Registration module, OPD section minimizes data entry by clinician limiting to enter clinical data only.
• In-Patient Data Management
Detailed patient data management with all clinical details such as Symptoms, Examinations,  Surgeries along  with  Medication  and  Billing  details.
• ENT Masters
We have explicitly built in al ENT masters such as symptoms / chief complaints, diagnosis, investigations, medicines, etc. with select only and write capabilities. It saves time and also adaptability is faster.
• Appointment Registration
Easy Appointment registration is another key feature. It enables receptionist to register new appointments in advance as well as on the spot.
• Patient History Management
If data is not searchable, then it is as good as being not available. So, we have built easy history retrieval in multiple ways based on clinicians   inputs. Patient can be searched quickly along   with all its visit details and case details.
• Procedure Video Recording and Image Management
There are multiple reasons to record the scopy   and procedure recordings. These video clips can be studied latter, clips can be extracted for presentation purpose, and images can be extracted out of these videos.
Due to video format compatibilities issues, ENTSoft also provides multiple video conversions and Image conversions.
Various markings, annotations, highlighting, measurements etc. can be performed and stored for future reference for presentation, prescription, reporting purpose.
• Procedure Reporting
ENTSoft presents customizable procedure report templates. There can be multiple templates for each procedure and templates can be defined for multiple procedures. Shortcuts are provided for standard fields for easy creation of the template. Multiple images with markings can be added to  actual report to be given to the patient.
• Patient and Presentation  CDs
You can  create  presentations directly  from  ENTSoft  itself  by  adding  patient  images  and  videos.  The same can be modified latter. Presentation can be patient specific as well. Both the presentation and images, videos independently can be written to CD directly through ENTSoft. So, creation of Patient CD is very easy now.
• Patient Letters
Standard  Letter  templates  are  already  fed into  ENTSoft and  new  customizable  letter  templates  can be  created  easily.
• Billing
All  billing  transactions  are  captured  for  OPD  and  IPD  to  get  summarized  view.  This is configurable as required by the clinic.

Recently,  understanding  our  customer  needs,  we  have  integrated  digital  pen  and  paper  with our products  ENTSoft, CLIP.

Digital Pen and Paper Integration:
Taking   our  products   ENTSoft  and CLIP to next level, we are integrating SMS based registration/ appointment system.  Presently, this is working with Android phones  and  soon  will be  available for iPhones   and   iPads.
