Recording procedures is important in many of the specialties for the future study, analysis, presentations, etc. It is also required capture important images and make measurements, markings, notes on these images for self use and for patient education or reporting. So, video recording and image management is key feature of CLIP. Videos can be captured and converted multiple other formats, images can be converted to multiple formats, annotations and measurements can be done on them as required and same can be added to reports.

Specially designed OPD form enables quick clinical data entry through selection. Based on priorities, OPD form can be filled by the doctor. Prescription is readily available with single click  from the OPD form itself.

This is optional module to capture detailed patient data with all clinical details such as Symptoms, Examinations, Surgeries along with Medication and Billing details.

These masters can be fed in as required by the doctor. Once recorded, they are available for future use immediately.

Easy Appointment registration is another key feature. It enables receptionist to register new appointments in advance as well as on the spot.

With user-friendly appointment scheduler, it is easy to schedule appointments in advance and on the spot. The same is immediately reflected on doctor’s screen in today’s appointment list. Existing appointments are also shown on the calendar while taking new appointment to avoid conflicts.

Finding old patient is very important and time consuming job. But, Not with CLIP! There are multiple easy ways to find an older patient. It can be searched with demographic details, clinical details. Also, the patient history is easily available on single click for selected patient.

Multiple report templates can be configured and for various procedures. Once configured, they are available to use for all patients quickly. Easy shortcuts are available for fast creation of report templates. In actual reports, images can also be added for elaboration, education purpose. Standard Letters are already fed into CLIP and customized letters can be added externally.

You can create presentations directly from CLIP by adding patient images and videos. Presentation can be patient specific or generic based on multiple patient data. Both the presentation and images, videos can be written to CD directly through CLIP itself. So, creation of Patient CD is very easy now.

All billing transactions are captured for OPD and IPD  to get summarized view. This is configurable as required by the clinic
