BMTP
Dynamic Balancing machines are used to measure unbalance in any rotating body. The unbalance can be of certain mass at certain angle. It is measured by rotating the component at predefined speed.
BMTP software is high technology balancing machine software based on Labview virtual panel and .NET user interface. Simple and user-friendly frontend interfaced with complex signal processing behind in the virtual panel resulted into this BMTP software.

• Labview based Virtual Panel for Digital Signal Processing
With the help of NI (National Instrument) hardware and Labview based digital signal processing software, we have replaced the electronics hardware part. This replacement provides much higher reliability than the physical hardware. With the help of various filters in the Labview virtual panel, the noise is completely eliminated keeping the required signal inputs from the sensors giving high accuracy and consistency in the results.
• Measurement Modes
There are various methods of measuring the unbalance. BMTP software is configured to cover all of these such as measuring in single plane, multiple planes. Also, there is facility to resolve the unbalance in selected quadrants / at selected angles. This helps the operator to know exact unbalance at given angles so that the same can be nullified by adding or removing the mass at possible angles.
During the test cycle, the data can be shown digitally as well as graphically which gives quick understanding of the unbalance presence and its location.
• Calibration facility
Calibration is the heart of every measurement. Since there is electronic hardware in this system, all the configurations and calibrations can be done through and for software only. It gives complete control on the measurement system and measurement process. Multipoint calibration is another feature which increases the measurement accuracy.
Also, the least counts of measurement can be configured as required based on measurement scales.
• Analysis and Reporting
All the captured data is available for analysis. It is possible to select the data for analysis and report printing. The statistical analysis can be done in the form of tabular and graphical formats.
Also, required reports can be printed and exported as required in necessary formats.
